I am translating to the Spanish language version 4.0
Nice:) Just to get sure - it is cc_resources.dll, ccc_resources.dll (not exe resources) and 3 txt files (szInfoSecurity.txt, szNameIexplore.txt, szNameSecurity.txt - these translates options in client settings ("Security" and "Internet Explorer" tabs).
Also in string cc_resources table string 165 put "SPA" instead "ENG".
