Thank you, this free Cyber Software seems good.
But I do have some questions..
I just installed the Server, and one Client, just to try out if this software can handle our Cyber Cafe.

1. I have 10 Computers in my shop. And 3 Playstations OFLINE. There is no problem to use computer 11, 12 and 13 offline for PS2 with different prices?

2. I put in all the prices for all days and times. Bur it does't show any prices or payments on the frontpage? Money and Cost boxes are all in zero.. What do I do wrong?

In groups I have:

[PS2-3]
11-12


[PS1]
13-13

In prices I have: (Eks. for group CC)

[game 8-22]
60=2.5


[internet 8-22)
60=2.5


(Eks. for Group PS1)

(game 8-22)
60=6

For Group PS2-3 the price will not show at all.


3. Internet Explorer cannot open from Client. Only Firefox.. Why? Where do I find the Firewall?

1. You can use them as virtual computers, without real work time usage controlling. Just for accounting.

2. Please show screenshot or explain, what you calling "frontpage".

3. Probably iexplore.exe is in Restricted Processes for some tariffs. See remote client properties.

2. I am trying to copy the screenshot, but without luck.
Anyway What I meen by "frontpage", is the page I have in front of me on the server computer. With the listening of the computer, when u push F4 button, u have the "frontpage"..
It shows just zero zero zero, in column for money and costs.
My computers are 2.50 for one hour, unlimited trafic, and games/internet is same price. All day. So that would be easy..

(Internet 8-22)
(60=2.50)

But this give nothing in column for money or costs. HELP!!

3. "remote client properties"... I don't find Client properties. Where do I find this?

ONE MORE THING... IS THIS PROGRAM FREE OR DO I NEED TO REGISTRATE? IT'S WRITTEN FREEWARE, AND I DOWNLOADED THE AE VERSION, BUT WHEN I LOG IN, I MUST USE PASSWORD 111, AND IT'S WRITTEN PLATINIUM. IS IT ONLY DEMO, OR IS IT FREE?

It means than you can not use client parts with PS -> there will be no protection from money stealing from you cafe staff. It is question of truth:)


a. In prices round brackets () dont allowed, only [].
b. Are you tryed to start sessions from server ?

Server - menu - client - properties. Computers(s) must be selected in F4 before.


ClubControl AE is free. It is modification of ClubControl Paltinum version with limited accounting features and intended primarly for technical network administration. You can use it as you wish.
Passwords are 111 and cannot be changed only in Demo version, wich is different.

YES, I start the session from the server. Both on online and offline clients.
And NO, there are no money counting.
I even reinstalled the server!
But nothing seem to help.
I have installed the client on one computer no, just to try the program. And I do have good conection with this computer, I start sessions, close it, and put in different programs and links for the custumer. But I have Big Problem with this price and money issue.
And I use [] not ().
Do you have any clue what it cen be?

** So you mean I can use the offline PS2 as virtual computers without client parts. But I can still start session, and put in amount of money paid? Since I have problem with the costs and money, I can,t really try it myself..

May be some questions will help : In start session (add time) window are tariffs present in tariffs dropdown list ? Is computer(s) selected in computers list (F4) ? Is time length entered ? Checkbox "Prepaid" is checked or cleared ?

I actually found that out by downloading the DEMO version.. But I haven't tried it proparly yet..

How much does it cost, is it 39 US?
Can I pay by Europeen Visa Card?
And is it unlimited clients? I have 10 computers and 3 playstations offline..
I am very interested if it's not too expensive.. We are in Malaysia, and it's cheep in our cafe.. So give me a good price, please.. And is it one time buy, or charged licenses for one year?

Visa is not aceptable yet, you can pay via WesternUnion.
