i have a problem on my client i read the quikguide and some post regarding on my problem

my problem is my clientPC i already install AE VERSION 4.0 /31140 PLATINUM

I follow what the quikguide said and some post but still it wont work

i have to log-in my clientPC to recognize my SERVER PC..
i turned-off my firewall already !!! still wont work!!

what is good anti-virus that work on CC because my anti virus is norton??
i think norton has a problem on CC??

do u know if norton is compatible on CC??.

Yes, norton can be reason for it. Try to temporary disable it for check. If this helps, disable scanning cc/ccc folders and/or network connections.
