NO offense but i think that smartlaunch has done pretty well on the layout and GUI of their product, but what i love the most about your product is that you can see all the process on the client workstations....

The link was given you in software registartion letter. Or you are using AE or demo version ? Those don't support remote control module...

About the GUI maybe you should consider it a more user friendly, maybe redesigning the upper right panel where the sales goes into, a more fresh look it would be much easier if the addtional item like cd-r purchases would be at the side to make more easy and fast to add it to the customer's bill, a xp themed or better will be great. as an overall amore user firendly environment on the software wiould be very good and will attract more people.

price and billing is kinda complicated

you can try the cafemanila program its has a nice pricing and billing i can say ur program is better because of its greater feature but just check this program because its kinda userfriendly but lucking of special function...

Yes, price configuration is complicated in some degree, it is because of its universality. There is a huge amount of different cafe manaagement approaches and to handle all of them we use scripting system.

i would like to know if you could improve the billing and pricing so that it will be more user friendly? cause till now im not using my clubcontrol because of the pricing and billing problem
