I wanted to ask how to configure some of the options here in the CCC. :

Multi-Tasking

Most of the times, when a customer opens a Web Explorer (e.i. Internet Explorer), and simultaniously opens another program (e.i. Yahoo! Mesenger), the previous window closes. So I was wondering if there would be a way that both programs could run smoothely.

Accessing the Windows Task Bar

How do I disable this? I saw most of the customers mingling with the Windows Start tab everytime.


I hope some of you guys could help me.
