QUOTE(Liz Collin)
A lot of wires and a lot of work. That's what's ahead for one southeast Lancaster community group.
The group's called South Ann Concerned Neighbors and they're renovating an old building on South Ann Street, turning it into an internet cafe.
Many people in the community can't afford computers so the organization decided to do something about that.
They hope to have the internet cafe up and running by fall.
It's expected to cost $150,000. Some of the money comes from a grant and the group's also renting out two upstairs apartments for operational funding.
