Installation - General

You just downloaded distributive file, for example ClubControlAE.rar.

What next ?

1. Extract files from archive. Now you have two distributives : ClubControlClient.exe and ClubControlServer.exe.

2. Run ClubControlServer.exe on your server (operator's) computer, from which all other will be managed. "Server Installation" process will be started.

Installation - Server

1. Default path "C:\Program Files\ClubControl" can be used safely. Click Start button. ClubControl files will be copied on selected location.

Press OK button.

2. Now you have two options : "Create Shortcut(s) on Desktop" and "Create Shortcut(s) on StartUp".

Any can be safely checked or cleared. If you rnstalling retail version for real use, shortcut on startup will be useful. If you just want to try software, leave this blank.
Press OK.

Final message will appear, read and press OK. Start Menu folder will be opened. Server installation completed.

Installation - Client

1. Copy ClubControlClient.exe on every client computer.
2. On every computer repeat following steps :

2.1 Run ClubControlClient.exe.

2.2 Leave default path "C:\CCC" and press Start button. ClubControl Client files will be copied on selected location.

2.3 Now you have option : "Create Start Menu Folder".

If you installing retail version for real use, shortcut on start menu will be useless, so clear it (client software will be started automatically on every boot). If you just want to try software, set this option to ease manual launching of program. Press OK button.

Final message will appear, read and press OK.
Now installation of WinPcap (additional module for internet traffic counting) will be started. Just press "Next", Set "I Agree" checkbox, "Next", "Yes to all" if prompted of file replacement, "Next", OK.

Start Menu folder will be opened if checked at previous step. Client installation completed.

Alll parts of ClubControl software are installed.

1. Now network connection between clients and server must be established. Clients must know, where is located server - it is defined by "server ip-address" parameter.
Go to first client computer and launch program (from windows Start Menu -> ClubControl Client or directly from CCC installation folder, which id "C:\CCC\" by default). Client (CCC) will be started and lock computer workstation :

To manulally unlock computer (switch to "admin" mode) call login window by pressing LOGIN button or Escape.

Leave "Administrator" name and enter 111 password. Click OK. You in admin mode now (it differs from "user" mode only in top menu visiblity and context menu is shown when you click right mouse buttoun on desktop).

Go to "admin" menu -> View -> Settings (F10). Settings window appears.

Click "Computers" tab and enter Server ip-address (localhost by default). You can enter computer name, such as "server", or ip address such as "192.168.0.100" but it is recommended to user ip.
Then eneter "This computer number" field - abstract number from 1 to total computers amount to be coonected. If this first computer, enter 1. Press OK button. Now CCC need to be restarted to apply new settings. Go to menu -> Control -> "Exit and start explorer". Program will close and open explorer window, wich can be safely closed.
Note : In this example CCC was not setup as windows shell replacement or just for autostart, so after computer restart it must be started manually.

Launch CCC again. Done, now it will try to connect to server every 10 seconds.
Go to the sever computer and lauch ClubControl Server. Wait 10 seconds - client connection will be shown as message tip from the windows tray ClubControl icon and client icon in computers list changes to "connected and locked".
