If you have many games in your Cyber Cafe you can use folders to separate games from Internet and different game genres. For example - 3D action, Strategic games, RPG , Internet, Office. When one of this folders is selected it's shortcuts are loaded to desktop.

You can add folders by right-clicking on desktop and selecting "New folder". New folder becomes active.

You can delete folders by selecting "delete" in this popup menu.

You can open active folder in explorer by selecting " open folder"

You can open shortcuts folder by selecting "Open shortcuts folder" menu

In different tariffes you can show diffenet folders. It gives you an opportunity to show only Office folder in Office tariff, only games folder in Game tariff and so on. How to do it you can get learn here
