Add time (start session)

Operator can add time (start session) no matter, whether client computer connected to server, or not. If client disconnected – time will start, when client computer connects to server.

How to start ADD TIME dialog

First you have to select computer. You can select it from LIST view (F4) or from TABLE view (F3) – just left click mouse on it. You can select more than one computer simultaneously.
Then there are several ways to start this dialog:
1. click ENTER and Add Time dialog appears
2. Menu TIME – START SESSION starts the same dialog
3. Right mouse click on computers list , menu START SESSION
4. Right click on time list and select START SESSION.

Add time dialog appears.

From this dialog operator can start three types of user’s sessions:

1. Prepaid. Checkbox “Prepaid” must be turned on It’s the most usual type of session – user pays cash money and gets limited time. Operator have to fill TIME or money field. When money field changes, time can be calculated automatically, depending on current price. See menu FILE – SETTINGS – “Automatically calculate time by money” checkbox to turn on this option. If this option is turned off – operator can do it manually, just fill money field and press CTRL+ENTER. After all needed fields filled, press OK button, or ENTER and session starts.
2. Postpaid. Checkbox “Prepaid” must be cleared. To start session just click OK or ENTER button, session starts with unlimited time (up to end of work day). User pays money after session ends. To stop session and take payment double click on client computer in computers list (the same actions, which shows ADD TIME dialog shows POST PAID SESSION dialog) Session stops only if STOP SESSION button is pressed.
3. Club cards, Accounts. Operator can write user name or club card number in corresponding box, selecting the type of this information previously from drop down list (USER, ACCOUNT or CLUB CARD). If it is Club card number, TIME field shows total time, remaining on this card, operator can write necessary amount of time. After clicking OK or ENTER session starts and this time subtracts from total card time. If it is user name and ACCOUNT selected, this session starts paid from user account. If USER selected, the money is cash and user statistics shows this session in VIEW – USERS menu.

In cc.ini file in {AddTime Dialog] section you can change some parameters:

SavePrepaidState=0/1
1 – save last value of PREPAID checkbox, 0 – do not save.

FixedTariff= <tariff name>
If <tariff name> has value, this tariff appears in TARIFF field when ADD TIME dialog starts. If <tariff name> has no value, last entered tariff remembers.

CanAddFutureTime=0/1
If value is 1- you can start session, which goes to next day. If value is 0 – you can start sessions, which are all in current day only.

SaveTime=0/1
If value is 1 – last entered session time remembers, 0 – does not remembers.

Timer=0/1
When ADD TIME dialog starts, it has current system time entered in FROM field, and if this dialog is opened for several minutes, user loses this minutes when OK button is pressed. Use 1 value to prevent it (FROM time always has current time, it ticks)
