Quick messages

Quick messages called so, because to use them, operator has to do only three mouse clicks - right click on computer in computer list , click on SEND MESSAGE and choose message. EDIT menu allows to edit messages.

Here you can see messages with format settings. Use NEW button to create new message, DELETE button – to delete message and PROPERTIES button to edit message.

There are 4 types of messages available:

1. Text – text message appears over all windows, games etc. You can define its duration in time(sec) field. Use priority to define, which priority clubcontrolclient.exe have when show this message.
   
   
   
   
2. WAV-file. When you choose this type of message, the open file dialog will appear, where you can choose wav file, which will be played on client computer.
3. Message Box -simple message box.
4. Computer speech - If SAPI 5.0 is installed on client computer, user will hear voice, reading message. Supported SAPI comes with Windows XP. On other operating systems you can download SAPI from our site.

   PREVIEW button will show/play message on operators computer.
