Table

Table allows you to see all work day (or loaded period) in one look.
You can switch to table view from VIEW – TABLE menu.

Table structure

Horizontal lines represents computers, vertical lines represents time. On screenshot day have light green color, night have dark green color. In server work mode table shows 24 hours. You can load several files simultaneously:

You can select computers clicking on them. CTRL+A – select all computers. Mouse middle button deselects all computers.
You can define table colors, from menu – right click on table

Mark: You can mark sessions by several rules:

Current session – current sessions
Without money – sessions with 0 money. It can be moved time, sessions with 100% discount .
Opened session – postpaid sessions, witch was not stopped
Night – night packet
Moved session – sessions, moved to another computer
Has traffic – sessions with traffic more than 0
Tariff changed – tariff was changed
Stopped – stopped postpaid sessions
Returns – stopped sessions, with or without money return
Cost changed – Cost was changed in ADD TIME dialog.
Discounts – sessions with discount
From account – session was started from account, not for cash money
None – do not mark anything

 

Sessions

Sessions are represented by rectangle, with height of computer line and width of session length. If it's size allows, there is cheque No and money written on it.

To see full information about session move mouse over it:

 

 

While moving mouse over table, without sessions - you can see time and date.

Current time is shown with vertical red line and can be another color.

 

States

In defined interval of time client part of ClubControl send’s it’s states to server. It can be Admin, User or Blocked. This states are saved in *.cc3 files and appear in table as dots or lines:

Depending on settings, states can be different colors:

 - Blocked mode

 - Admin mode

 - User mode

In above table background color is green, so you will not see green user mode on it, so it is not good color combination.

Why do you have to look at table

Table allows you to control your staff, so all sessions will be "legal", nobody can use client computer without taking it into report. To control it you must know this things:

User states must always have session above it!

On picture somebody used computer, but there is no money for it!

 this is right picture, user state and session above it.

To much admin mode : . - it's no very good, somebody can use admin mode to game or to work in internet! Or operator must have explanation, why there is so much admin mode.

Table of real work day:

Practically everything is ok, except 14th computer, which had technical problems.
